GENERAL INFORMATION:
- We offer 3 convenient meeting locations throughout downtown Seattle for you to join the tour
- Pick ups commence 30 minutes before start of tour time
- Please be ready at your meeting location 5 minutes early prior to pick-up time and allow up to 5 minutes for pick-up.
- Hold our brochure to help us identify you.
- Allow extra time for pick-up & return.
- Traffic and road conditions may alter tour route and duration of tour.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the tour for a refund.
END OF TOUR OPTIONS:
Traffic can be a challenge in Seattle, especially from 3 p.m.- 7 p.m. To speed up drop-off and hotel return, please review the following:
- We return to all meeting locations at the end of the tour. That said, we may ask that you walk a couple blocks to the meeting location if road conditions are a challenge.
- The City Tours end at the Space Needle; this is a popular place for guests to disembark the tour.
- We can only return to your hotel if you are on the Seattle City Tour PLUS Hotel pickup.
- We can sometimes accommodate for alternate drop-off’s – this should be discussed with your tour guide at one of the stops on tour. We cannot guarantee this in advance.

As a practical matter, Tours Northwest collects personal information to process your order, using all appropriate security precautions. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with law, develop our products, or protect our rights. We will only use your e-mail address to send you confirmations and updates in regards to your booking.
